Double bedroom in a clean modern flat, tucked away in a quiet corner of Insch. Especially suited to someone who works in Aberdeen, Dyce or Inverurie as Insch railway station is only ten minute's walk from the flat.

Rent includes all bills i. e. electricity, council tax and broadband. Easy!

£380 per month rent + £380 deposit. Couples welcome for £450 per month with £450 deposit. Ideally I'm looking for someone who will stay through till at least March. There is no upper limit to the length of stay.

The bedroom has a sturdy double bed and some units. The living room is cosy, with a big comfy sofa and large spinning chair. The kitchen is fully fitted, including a dishwasher, and, as I like to cook, the kitchen is well-provisioned.

I work near Aberdeen, spend around half of my time at my partner's house, and like to be outdoors in most weather, so the house will mostly be your own.

Insch is a growing town with all the basic things you need: shops include a Co-op and McColls, post office, eco refill shop, a few takeaways and cafés, leisure centre with gym, train station and bus services to a few surrounding places. It's fairly central, so not many parts of Aberdeenshire are more than an hour's drive away. There are plenty quiet roads in the area to cycle on, and plenty walks through woodland, surrounding farmland, and to the local hill, Dunnydeer. Bennachie is also close-by.
