Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan living room kitchen and second toilet downstairs. Good sized gated private garden and driveway parking. Quiet residential area in a lovely village close to Mintlaw/Peterhead/Fraserburgh/ Aberdeen. Lots of good countryside walking/biking/running nearby.
I'm fairly laid back and work mon-fri often at weekends im off adventuring or out and about locally. Looking for a social housemate and happy to let you make yourself at home (within reason of course). House has fibre broadband/washing machine/garden shed/freeview and a spare room for 'stuff' lots of space.
