I have a lovely room to rent to professional or mature student doing a masters
I require 1 months rent in advance and one months deposit.
No other guests or visitors will be allowed to stay over night.
I have a small fluffy dog by the name of Toby who is super friendly.
We are a quiet household. Please keep noise to minimum between 10pm and 7am. ou can come and go between these times but we I ask you to be mindful of as I work early shifts This means no cooking after 10 pm apart from using the kitchen for snacks or use of washing machine after 10 pm as it makes a noise The kitchen is shared and is used for cooking and eating in only
Bathroom and kitchen are shared with 1 other guests and I ask that you keep this nice and clean and wash your plates and leave as you find it after use ie wash your plates pots and pans wipe surfaces down and put the plates and pans back in the cupboards,
