Pleasant furnished ground floor double sized room available in clean comfortable 3 bedroom detached home in Tickton - would suit mature student or professional working away from home during the week.

We are a friendly non smoking household currently comprising of one working professional and 2 small very welcoming stay at home dogs and are looking for someone to join us Monday to Friday.

Quiet cul de sac location. Adjacent or on drive parking and attractive secluded garden to rear. Own shower room with hand basin and wc. Shared use of kitchen and all appliances. Wireless broadband internet access.
The village has 2 pubs serving food, garden centre, farm shop, hotel and village shop/post office close by but also straight in to the riverbank and open countryside for runs, walks and cycling.

*On Bishop Burton College free transport route (Hornsea bus)
*Approx 2 miles from Beverley town centre and rail and bus stations and leisure centre, cinema and theatres.
*Regular buses to Beverley/Hull/Hornsea throughout the day.
*Cycle path route to Beverley.
*Approx 8 miles (20 mins by car) from University Of Hull (Cottingham Road)

80 pounds per week based on 4 nights. Bills included. Monday to Friday let preferred but would consider 5 night or full week option (price to be discussed) and also short lets.
