Hi, I'm Lisa, a fun, friendly and bubbly 30-something that lives in Spain for most of the year, but still own my home here in the UK and looking for someone to take care of it/share it with me.


I am looking for a professional lodger to share my beautiful, fully-furnished, detached home in Beverley, only a 10minute walk from the town centre, train station (direct service to London) and range of local shops and pubs nearby. There is off road parking - the drive is large enough to fit three cars but I will need one of these spaces.

As I spend over 70% of my time in Spain you will have the house to yourself most of the time, often for months at a time, I will be returning to the UK mostly at weekends, and I do work from home when I'm here.

The house features entrance porch and cloakroom with downstairs toilet. Living room with log burner effect gas fire. Kitchen/diner with dishwasher, electric cooker a fridge/freezer for your exclusive us, patio doors lead to conservatory. There's also a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine and study. I have a gorgeous south facing patio and lawn garden with shed (which you are free to use). The family bathroom (which I will also use when I'm home) has electric shower over the bath.

Rent includes all bills, including fibre optic broadband, hive heating control, gas central heating, electric, water, council tax.

I know, it all sounds too good to be true! If this wasn't enough, you'll have use of TWO bedrooms! Your bedroom with double bed and you will also have access to the second bedroom that you can use as dressing room with wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The room is available from end of August when my current lodger who has been with me over a year moves out. Ideally I am hoping to find someone from out of town Mon-Fri, as when I'm home at weekends I do need to work, but will definitely consider full weeks for the right person :)

I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy who will treat my home as their own while I am away, eg no over night guests/parties etc etc.
