Double room in a house share - 1 mn from Kingsway

Hello everyone!
One of our flatmates is leaving due to lessons being online. We are looking for someone for this double bedroom!
We are 3 people (2 females 1 male) and an adorable cat. We love the outdoors so if you're keen on going for walks/hikes during the weekend that's even better! Also we oftentimes play board games together or just have a drink, or watch a movie 🙂
The house has a wee garden and free parking in the street (with loads of space). The bus stop to the city center is about 1 min walk and asda is about 7 min walk.
The room would be available from February but we'd accept someone entering in March. It is £310 not including bills that we split between the 4 of us. Also, 2 of us are students and 1 is a professional but also doing a master's degree so none of us pay council tax.

One last thing, we are looking for someone that follows government guidance regarding COVID. We are personally doing everything we can to stay covid safe, so there are wipes available to clean your groceries, we wear mask eveywhere that is mandatory etc. We would thus be looking for someone with the same state of mind!

There is free on street parking plus one front garden space.
Council Tax band B To add on top of the rent if you are working.
Sky TV and Virgin 100Mb internet shared between us 4 people. (about 15 gbp per person)
