Looking for two new flatmates for a student flat, since two of our flatmates are graduating. Flat is on Nethergate, with one room facing the street and the other the river. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room.
Needs to be a student, although age/gender doesn't matter.
Current flatmates are friendly, sociable - we spend a lot of time in the living room.
Bills are roughly £30/month. 5-10 minute walk to campus depending where you are (for when that matters again).
