Hello, it just so happens that I have a room to rent in my cute wee two bedroomed flat on the Shepherds Loanin Dundee.
Situated perfectly in the West End, the property lies 15mins walk from Dundee University, 20-30mins walk from Ninewells Hospital and 20-30mins walk from the city centre, train and bus stations.
The first floor property consists of two sizeable bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom (with bath/shower combo), living room and plenty of space left over for two storage cupboards in the hall.
The bedroom for let consists of a double bed, ample storage space including wardrobe and chest of drawers and homely decor. The kitchen is fitted with built in appliances (including induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven), washing machine/ tumble dryer with the boiler situated neatly and subtly in hallway cupboard.
THE BEDROOM FOR LET is the one pictured, with large mirror wardrobe and under-bed storage.

Rent is £337.50pcm + bills (monthly). The beginning of any tenancy will ideally be 1st April, subject to the landlord’s approval.
