Double Bedroom City Quay

1 double room available in a 3 bedroom city Quay property currently occupied by 2 friendly, tidy female students (both working part-time). We are both very warm and sociable but also like our space. We're not really party people and therfore like to be comfortable at home. We keep things clean and tidy for the most part but aren't very uptight about things. Very approachable and open minded (easy to talk to) which is important to us as we want to keep a comfortable living environment and therefore like to treat people how we would like to be treated.

The flat is fully furnishish and kitchen is equipped with everything and anything you might need, you name it we got it.

There is a parking space but neither of us have a car but there is also additional parking on the street in front of the flat.

It's about 15min walk from the city centre 25/30min walk to Dundee University.
