Hello! This is a lovely 2-bed flat in Dundee's lovely West end and a real place to call home - I lived here for many years when I was in Dundee at university!.

The Flat:
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining table and chairs, kitchen and bathroom with a cupboard in the hallway for storage as well as built-in wardrobes in both rooms. The living room has a small bay window with a great view across the river Tay and faces West so has beautiful light in the evenings.

The Rooms:
Both rooms come fully furnished with a bed, storage and built in storage. The larger room has a small desk and chair in. The rent is £325 per room or £650 for the flat as a whole (for couples or families etc) Bills are not included in the rent and would need to be self-organised.

The Area:
The flat is extremely well located and on a quiet street in the West End. It can only be accessed by car from Magdalen Yard Road which adds to the quietness and has quick access to Riverside Drive and the motorway beyond. Magdalen Green park and the River Tay are just at the bottom of the street. Perth Road is located at the top of the road with many local amenities with plenty cafes and shops Frasers fruit and veg is a recommendation!) and the university campus starts 10 minutes walk along Perth Road. A quick 20 minute walk to the centre of Dundee with everything available to you there.

I am a live out Landlord (currently down in London) but am usually always available by email or phone if needed. I loved this flat when I lived here and hopefully someone else can too!
