Double bedroom in great location

Hello! I have a great sized spare room available in my 2 bedroom house. Double bed and double wardrobe space with shared bathroom. Open plan living room and kitchen with patio doors to a private garden! I have a small dog so you must be tolerant with dogs. I work Monday - Friday and around at the weekend. Looking for someone tidy, friendly and looking for a nice little home to live in! All bills included (within reason!) There is lots of free parking but it is on the street, 5 min walk from the sea front and on major bus route with a bus stop outside the front door. Opposite Gardyne College. 15 minute walk to broughty ferry and 4-5 min drive into town! Any questions please feel free to ask!
