Double room on Perth Rd, beautiful river views

Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate for a well-maintained 2-bed flat with beautiful views of the river.
I‘m a professional violinist and community music teacher, so preferably looking for someone who likes hearing violin and can share council tax :)

The flat has an enormous living room, eat-in kitchen with good facilities (built-in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, good oven and induction hob), bathroom with bath/shower, 2 large double bedrooms with (ornamental) fireplaces, a mini study room and lots of built-in storage cupboards. I’ve been occupying the larger of the 2 bedrooms but I’m happy to swap if you prefer that one.

Flat is available from 17th October. This would be a private let and the landlord would prefer a tenant who is interested in staying longterm.
Bills total around £150/month each.

I’m travelling in October for concerts, so ideally looking to find someone ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you!
