I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The flat is modernly decorated and has recently been renovated with new bathroom and kitchen. Flat comes fully furnished and the room has all necessary bedroom furniture. Ideally I would like someone to move in as soon as possible but later dates may be considered.
The flat consists of your own bedroom, a shared living room/kitchen and shared bathroom.
You will be sharing with three guys, ranging from ages 21 to 25, two students and one professional.
Bills are not included but are approximately £30 a month.
