Comfy Fully Furnished Room Near Dundee Uni

This is a vacancy in a 2 bedroom flat.
The room is bright and cozy, it comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, lamps, big wardrobe and bedside table. There is a large shared fully furnished living room with comfy couches and dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished, has a microwave, big fridge/freezer, gas stove, kettle, cooking utensils etc. There is washing machine with a dryer. The flat has Virgin Media fibre WiFi.
There is lots of storage space in the house. It's a first floor flat with central had heating. The bills are separate, would come to around 70 to 80 GBP per month per person (including council tax, gas, electricity and internet).
Location: The flat located in Dundee West End, just off Perth Road, on Gowrie street. The location is fantastic if you are working/studying at Dundee university ( 8 to 10 min walk). There are shops and supermarkets located withing five minutes of walking distance. The area is very nice with little cafe's and pubs nearby.
About me: I am 31 year old Professional female. I work as a Postdoctoral researcher. I am originally from India, before moving to the UK I was living in New Zealand where I was did a PhD in molecular biology. I am a chilled out, warm, friendly, respectful and tidy person and would ideally like a flatmate with the same traits. I like to cook, dance, read books, go to museums and go for walks. I am up for movie nights, cooking meals together once in a while and for a glass of wine! I respect my flatmate's privacy. I will upload more pictures of the flat and the room soon. Looking for a professional or a matured student who is chilled out, tidy and responsible. :) The move in date is flexible.
