Double bedroom, sofa, chest of drawers and wardrobe included. the wardrobe in the pictures will not be staying in the room but another wardrobe will be provided. within walking distance to city centre and both Abertay and Dundee University. Bills are gas and electricity (£80pm but can vary as it is pay as you go and depends on usage) tv licence(£6) and internet (currently £15.50). The room is the one I am currently in but will be moving into my current flatmate's room once she has moved out so the stuff that is the pictures in the room will be gone I am looking for someone to share the flat with me who wants to stay in Dundee for a while, who is reliable and friendly. I am currently working part time and a part time student. I work mostly in the evenings which can sometimes go into late nights.
