Hi everyone,
I am looking for a short-term flatmate as I will be moving elsewhere in a few months (date TBD soon I hope)- happy to consider someone who just wants a place for a few weeks.
The house is a 3 bedroom, but one room is being used as my study. There are 2 bathrooms (the upstairs one doesn't have a shower- just a bathtub and toilet/vanity, so both bathrooms are shared), and a garden and back courtyard. The house is about a 3 minute walk from Perth Rd (just off Hawkhill). I have a 10 year old cocker spaniel who will definitely want pats, cuddles, and attention. If you don't like dogs, this is not the house for you!
I'm a 34 year old biologist working at the Uni of St Andrews. Non-smoker, non-vegetarian (though I mostly eat plant based meals), and frequent traveller. Ideally i'm looking for someone who is considerate, relatively tidy, and easy to get along with- if you're happy to have a chat and glass of wine, even better! Happy to consider someone with a well-behaved dog or other pet. Sorry, no cats or couples!
£450 per month including bills :) Can do a bit cheaper if you're a student, as you won't be subject to council tax.
