5 bedroom house 2 minute walk from Dundee Uni, and 10 mins away from Abertay Uni. Current tenants moving back in for upcoming academic year, with the spare room due to a previous tenant graduating. All tenants are girls, but all genders welcome!

Entry date is open to discussion, but the sooner the better; looking for a long-term tenant, but the lease has no specified end-date.

The room itself is on the 1st floor, and relatively small, but comes furnished with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table (if desired). Also has a lovely view of the law!

There is a large communal living room with an attached dining area, a kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and plenty of drawer space, and 4 bathrooms with 3 showers and a bath. In addition, there is a washroom on the bottom floor, with a washing machine, dryer, and sink area.
