Room to rent in lovely central flat

Double room to rent in 3 bedroom flat.

I've recently moved into a 3 bedroom flat and could use a flatmate to help with the bills.

There's 2 bedrooms to choose from so you can pick either one you like. Other will be kept as a spare/gym/art room/study or something. Both are small doubles with plenty storage. Pretty basic decor but if you are renting the landlord is happy for you to decorate it yourself. Currently unfurnished but can be furnished if you need it.

It's about a 15/20 minute walk into town. Really nice kitchen/bathroom and living room with gas central heating. The parking isn't great if I'm honest. Just a few spaces on the street. Lovely shared garden out back.

I'm a professional working in town so will not be home much during the day but when I am home I'll probably be chilling in my room or the living room.

Looking for someone who is a bit more mature in terms of attitude. Never had a flatmate I didn't get on with so far and want to keep it that way. It's all pretty obvious stuff, no late night parties. Clean up after yourself etc. Welcome to invite friends over and things just as long as there is mutual respect and communication. (Nobody should feel uncomfortable in their own home)

Would be nice to have someone I can hang out with occasionally, maybe play some board games or go for a pint but also happy to live with someone who likes to keep to themselves.
