It also goes direct to Ninewells Hospital. Close to parks and ponds. The room looks onto a beautiful garden and is very quiet. All bills and council tax are included in the rent. Sharing would be with two other males including landlord. There is a tv lounge and modern large shower room. We have a very thorough domestic who cleans the public areas every week.
