Hi there,
My name is Aaron, and I am currently looking for someone to occupy the second room in my two bed flat. I currently rent the flat and have done for two years, and I am looking for someone who can stick around for a reasonable length of time. I am a 25 y/o professional who spends a lot of time working, and find myself fairly busy. I hope to find someone who also leads a busy life, someone who is fairly clean and tidy, and respectful of others space.
The price currently works out at £365 a month and includes rent, broadband/TV services (Virgin fibre is very quick) and council tax for the appropriate band. The only thing not included is electric, which is currently on a Key Meter, and as a busy individual can cost 20-30 a month or some more during winter, but really that cost is in your control with how much you use. There is also a deposit required of £263 for the flat.
No Pets allowed with the rental agreement, and no smoking tobacco inside the flat. Letting agent may require a referee, and should not require any guarantors. Postgrad students may also be considered.
Photos to come.
