Double bedroom flatmate required

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Living room is large, and the flat is located near the bottom of Blackness Road. Flat has double glazing so doesn't get too cold in winter.

I have put a provisional date of the 9th of December but could organise for it to be sooner or later if need be.

Double bedroom has built in wardrobe, double bed and a desk/chair. The spare bedroom looks out onto Blackness Road.

Walking distances;
University of Dundee - 5 mins to walk to campus
Abertay University - 10/15 walk to campus
Ninewells - 30 min walk but also easy access to bus stops with very frequent bus services

Cost includes rent, internet and energy bills. Council tax isn't included incase you are a student. If not that would need to be worked out.
