Location is a ball hair away from DJCAD (2 minutes) and 15 minutes from Abertay University.
Room has a king/double wooden bed (not pictured), wardrobe, chest of drawers - nothing a quick nip to Tayside Recycle Centre couldn't sort if more is needed.
Big garden right outside our front door which you are welcome to smoke in. No pets allowed sadly and not quite enough room for a couple. Flat is also non-HMO but who needs those ridiculous self closing doors anyway.
Utilities around £50 a month depending on how cold it gets. (Top-up meter so it depends how much gas etc we're using.)
