Two losers (a weegie and a foreign) looking for a chill flatmate who loves to watch films all day long. Preferably a student as we are also that thing. Mark is studying philosophy and film and I'm studying psychology.
A ball hair away from DJCAD (2 minutes) and 15 minutes from Abertay University.
Room has a king/double wooden bed (not pictured), wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk without a chair - but nothing a quick nip to Tayside Recycle Centre couldn't sort.
Big garden right outside our front door which you are welcome to smoke in. No pets allowed sadly and not quite enough room for a couple. Flat is also non-HMO but who needs those ridiculous self closing doors anyway.
Utilities vary between £30 - 60 a month depending on how cold it gets.
