Currently living in the property are two geography students in our second and third years. We are looking for two new flat mates for at least the next year, students preferred but this is not a requirement.

The house is situated in a relatively quiet residential area.

Bills are £29.50 a month which includes broadband, this brings total payments up to £379.50, this is a new agreement so bills shouldn't increase any time soon.

Leading on from a wide entry hall is the family kitchen, facing north, looking out onto the driveway. Further along is the large, bright living room, with patio doors leading out onto a south facing garden. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom (Toilet and sink). Upstairs are the bedrooms and a large bathroom (Bath/shower/toilet/sink) shared between bedrooms 1-3.

Available to rent are bedrooms 1 and 4.

Bedroom 1 is a standard student room, facing north. Bedroom two is a south facing, master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
