There also is a straight bus at the stop outside to Ninewells hospital.
There is an allocated parking space on a private carpark for the flat, and nearby amenities include a local co-op less than 5 mins walk away. Up the street many small helpful shops including a pharmacy and the fabled 24 hour dundee bakery! The city centre is only a 15 minute walk away as well.
My current tenants are graduating after being in the flat for a while, and I am ideally looking for responsible, long term tenants to take over.
Preferably students to avoid the hassle with council tax, but if you are a professional please bear in mind that council tax is not included in the rental price.
The flat consists of an open plan kitchen and living room area, hallway with storage cupboard, shared bathroom/toilet, one larger double bedroom with built in closet, and one slightly smaller double bedroom with ensuite shower/toilet. There are privacy films on the windows to prevent people from looking in during the day.
The flat is all electric for heating, showers, and cooking. It comes furnished with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and drying machine.
Perfect for university students, mature uni students, or professionals who work in the area.
Rental does not include bills which can be approximately £70/month for the flat dependent on usage. Several internet providers are available and the area is supplied by fibre, so 200mbps connections are avaliable should you wish.
I can arrange to cover both bills and internet all in, however that will obviously be a greater cost than quoted here.

I am a live-out landlord. Having lived in the flat while at Dundee university, I consider it my second home and have kept it in good condition, which I hope potential tenants will do so too. I'm responsive to requests to keep the property in order and will usually get it done as quick as I can.
