Moving Out

Hi, I’m sadly graduating this year and moving out my flat on Perth road Dundee at the end of may/ start of June. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Magdalen park which is lovely to sit in and study or just grab some lunch. It’s a 5 bedroom flat but me and 2 others are moving out, the 2 girls staying are super nice. They love watching movies and going walks. One also has a car so we often do flat food shops but there’s a spar, Sainsbury’s and every kind of takeaway just 2 minutes walk away. The rents £355 a month and bills are £35 (so it’s all within your month sass). The rooms a decent size, it’s got a double bed, a large desk and a decent size wardrobe. There is 2 other room potentially available so if you’re looking to moving in with friends then drop a message. There’s 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with just a shower and the downstairs has a bath and shower, the kitchen is joint on to the living room which are both an average size.
