Looking to replace my current flatmate who is moving out soon. (preferably a guy but not a deal breaker.)
I'm a 33 year old who is very easy to get along with and don't mind who I live with as long as there is mutual respect and they clean up after themselves. I enjoy watching movies and TV shows (55" 4k TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Sky included) and playing board games and card games. The flat has super fast fibre optic internet, gas central heating, a bath and shower and pretty much everything you'd need really. No afterparties allowed but welcome to have friends round/partner staying over ect. It's 15 minutes walk from town and it's in a decent area.
Ben is a 25 year old games designer who spends most of his time either at work or in his room playing games.
Note: Pictures are out dated but gives a rough idea of room sizes. Bedroom will have a lamp, a wardrobe and a bed only. Viewing recommended. Pets considered.
