We are a five room flatshare looking for two new flatmates. The flat is let by EasyLets.

The flat has two floors with an upstairs shower room and downstairs bathroom with shower. There's a big shared living room and a large kitchen with two fridges, a freezer and lots of cupboard space. There is also a shared garden and a spare room.

The flat is located 2 minutes from Abertay and 15 minutes from Dundee Uni and 5 mins from city centre.

The upstairs room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, two chairs, a wardrobe, a set of drawers, shelf space and a sink. (Other furniture shown is that of the current tenant)

The downstairs room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a set of drawers, shelf space, a chair and a desk.

Gas and Electricity come to around £40 / £30 p/w.
Internet was £7.40 but is subject to change as the contract runs out this month. Our letting agency doesn't accept international guarantors (But does allow you to pay two months rent in advance instead) so keep this in mind.

The flat is an LGBTQA+ Friendly space. The current tenants all get along well and are looking for flatmates that are clean and amicable. :]
The landlord has been pet-friendly so far - the house currently has two lovely, friendly cats. However, they do not get along with other animals so keep this in mind.(Those with allergies may not be suitable).
