Hello,

Unfortunately, two of our housemates are moving out, so we are looking for a new housemates!

We live in a five bedroom house, which is over three floors, however, there is just four tenants and we then have a spare room. We use this spare room for guests + extra storage. We have 5 toilets in the house and a separate laundry room with dryer and washing machine so you dont have to dry your clothes in your room.

The room for £440 has its own bathroom with over the head shower and bath. It is located across the room. It is on the 3rd floor.

The room for £380 is on down floor accessable has big glass door looking to the garden. Both room available to move in on 01/12/23.
We extra room where packages and luggages can be kept.

All current housemates work in NHS as a junior doctor. We enjoy socialising in the house after work but also get that we sometimes need our own space. We're preferably looking for someone who can stay for at least 6-12 months.

There is one parking space which we share and then free on street parking. It's always easy to get a parking space! Bus station, post office , shops and gyms are in walking distance.
