The house in on the Side of Abertay Uni, entrance to Irvine square from Bell Street and access by car from Soapwork lane. There is a garage but the ceiling too low for my car. The house has got two rooms, one toilet with shower and a big kitchen/living room. For Council tax student discount we must apply to the Council. After you applaud with me as roommate we must register you with the estate agents to add your name to the contract.
