Hi to all those that have contacted and are still contacting there has been huge demand for this room and as a result I am not able to reply back to everyone and keep everyone updated. If you’ve been in touch I’ll reply back if I think you’re a suitable tenant and current possible tenants do not fulfil the agreement.

I am a 5th year medical student advertising my room in a fully furnished and spacious 4 bedroom house on larch street. Available room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, desk, and wall mirror. There is access to two toilets and one shower shared with two others. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage, fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle and large dining table. The utility room consists of both washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also access to two storage cupboards, a garage, a driveway (fits two cars) and back garden.

You will be sharing with 3 very friendly and social medical students in their final year.

The house is located in DD1, less than 5 minutes to the main university campus.

The room is available from 1st September (or as soon as possible) but a later start date is negotiable. The current tenancy is expected to end in June 2023.
