Short term summer let in Dundee flat

I have a room available in my 3 bed flat up for rent from 1st June - 30th September 2024! Possibility of this becoming a longer term let.

There is currently a 22y/o female living in the flat. We are looking for another female in their 20s who is quiet and considerate to take the other spare room (room 3).

I live out of the flat at the moment down in Cornwall but keep a room spare for whenever I come to visit friends and family in the area.

Amenities include:
-Large shared living area and separate kitchen.
-Shared bathroom with shower/bath.
-Shared garden with the rest of the block.
-On street parking.
-10 minute walk to the University of Dundee.
-15-20 minute walk to the centre of town.
-Bills are included in the rent and to be fairly used. Please note that a TV license is not included and you must get this yourself if you want to watch live TV.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
