I have a spare single bedroom in my flat. I have been sharing the flat for a year, but my flatmate has recently bought a house with her husband in Dundee and I am looking for a replacement. The flat is available now and is situated in the City Quay area (Thorter Row) and the rent is 406.5£ monthly (excluding bills).
The flat comes with the essential appliances including fridge and freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave.
A little bit about me-I am Albanian, I am 24 and I am a second-year PhD student in Precision Cancer Medicine. I am generally very busy and spend most of my time in Ninewells Hospital working. However, I try to keep some time in the weekend for socialising. I am mostly very quiet and enjoy cooking, drawing, watching movies and travelling. Hygiene and cleaning the house regularly is a very important aspect for me so I would be grateful for any flatmate who would like to collaborate in that.
