The flat is in Moncur Crescent and brilliantly located with a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

The room is unfurnished wThere is a shared kitchen and bathroom, all furnished/equipped out.

The contract is a two month rolling contract, but I would ideally like someone to share with for at least 6 months to a year.

A bit about myself, I'm a female single 39 year old professional and have lived here almost one year. I'm a friendly, social person but also enjoy time by myself. I like to keep the flat tidy. I have work that where I have to do night shifts and day shifts means I have to sleep during the day. I enjoy hiking, travelling, cooking.

I'm looking for a friendly, ideally female flatmate of a similar age and tidiness level as me. Open to all nationalities and backgrounds. I'd hope we could do some social things together but also respect each other's spaces.
No couples please.
