4 Daniel Place is terraced property just a 5 minute walk away from the University of Dundee (and a 13 minute walk to Abertay University).

Rooms 1 (upper floor) and 2 (lower floor) each share generous bathrooms with one other tennant.

The rooms are priced according to size and the utilities fees generally come to £45.50 per person. The security deposit is approximate as it is ultimately determined by the letting agent.

The house has a large living and dining area, a laundry room, and a spare bathroom on the ground floor. There is a rear parking space on the property and street parking available.

The house is also less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Lidil) and is in close proximity to multiple cafes, bars and gyms. There is a bus route (22) that easily takes you quickly into town and to/from the bus station.

The two current tenants are (myself) a 2nd year English Literature student and Evelyn a 3rd year nursing student. We are looking for flatmates who are similarly clean, tidy, and respectful, as well as up for a good time. (Ad changed to accommodate 1 new tennant - Candice)
