2 Bedroom flat in Stobswell Dundee

I have a bedroom available in the flat i’m staying at in Stobswell. The rent is £450 a month. The flat is advertised as a 2 bedroom as the flat is not an HMO and is only suitable for 2 sharers, however there is a spare room for anybody who may be staying over.

The flat is technically unfurnished but all the furniture inside is my own and as pictured! The kitchen’s been recently renovated and has an inbuilt washer and dishwasher and recently new carpeted floors in the living room and bedroom. The room is also south facing with high ceilings and big windows perfect for plants 🪴

The flat is just off of Albert Street, good transport links to the city centre and about a minute’s walk from Lidl.

I’m currently a medical student about to start third year of a four year course, studying can be quite intense but I’m a very sociable and outgoing person and I’m looking for someone to go for a pint with and do flat dinners sometime!

Students preferred purely for council tax purposes (guarantor is required). The flat is on the third floor of a tenement and up around 30 steps so is not very accessible. Bills usually come to around ~£65 a month inclusive of gas, electric and wifi.
