Room available in premium waterfront apartment

I'm a 22-year-old Mathematics and Physics student at the University of Dundee, currently living in the Waterfront Apartments on Riverside Drive, ideally located next to the big Tesco Extra by the Tay (in case you feel like getting a midnight snack it's 500 metres down the road).
My current Flatmate is moving out and am looking for someone to take up the second room here from the 1st of June.
The room will come newly furnished with a double bed, desk and lamp after my current flatmate moves out.
You must bring your own sheets and pillows. You will have the hallway bathroom (which doubles as the guest bathroom) all to yourself. The living room is spacious with a nice kitchen, decent fridge space (first thing I looked for when I was looking for a place), and a balcony overlooking the Tay (with a nice table and chairs).
The Wi-Fi is included but the electricity is not included, we will have to share that.
I guess all that's left is a little about myself. I am a teetotal, insanely funny, board game loving, rock and roll Boogie Woogie, guitar shredding, honest and open, a little private sometimes, Sci-Fi and Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes enthusiast.
I do play guitar, but I hardly ever play with my amp during the day, I only do that with my band at the studio, so noise isn't an issue.
I love to cook when I have time. I'm told that my Brown Onion soup or my Chili Con Carne are my signature dishes.
I can be quite chatty, so if you want me to shut up just tell me please.
I love to read science fiction and detective stories (I have quite a good collection of Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot novels and some Miss Marple), so if you want to borrow a book, I have almost a mini library forming in my room, which isn't a good thing because I'm running out space from all the books.
