Double room in a 5 bedroom house

Hiya! We are a group of friendly uni students looking for a new flatmate. We live in a spacious 3 story home with a large kitchen, a large living room and 5 toilets. The vacancy is for a double bed bedroom on the top floor furnished with the bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, and drawers. There is plenty of storage room available in the room however you are welcome to take extra space in communal storage areas. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and 3 fridges with a large table making it a perfect but practical social and cooking space. We are based in a popular student street in a super convenient location due to being nearby both universities, the city centre and several bus stops:
-5-minute walk from university of Dundee, 10-minute walk away from Abertay.
-10-minute walk into town.
-22 Ninewells bus stop within 5-minute from front door.
-2-minute walk away from coop and 10-minute walk away from Tesco express and Lidl.
Rent will be £450 a month and bills haven’t exceeded £50.
Also to note, all current flatmates joined the flat at varying times without having known the others so if you are worried about being the odd one out, don’t worry we’ve been there! We all get on well and are happy to welcome a new face. We are looking for someone wanting
to fill the room from July 1 st onwards :)
