A lovely, cosy, furnished double room available in a 4-bedroom flat, ideal for a female student or young professional.

The flat is made up of two students and a pharmacist. They are a friendly group of girls who values a quiet, clean and tidy flat.
We are a social flat and enjoy chill evenings inside and a catch up over dinner.

The room is available to move in ASAP as I am moving out of Dundee due to changing jobs.

The flat is located on Perth Road and is just 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee and 20 minutes from the University of Abertay. Perth Road is on many bus routes so has great transport links to Ninewells and the James Hutton Institute (Invergowrie), as well as only 20 minutes to the train station.

Parking is easily available across the road in a car park and there is also on-street parking.

The flat is bright and modern with lots of storage, a shared living room and a recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen.
