Spacious Central Top Floor Flat for Rent

Hiya, I'm looking for a quiet and tidy female student to replace my current flatmate who is graduating soon. It is a lovely furnished top floor flat, above the George Orwell, about 1 minute away from DJCAD, 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre & train station. The rent is cheap, and there is a busstop outside the flat for access to many routes, including Ninewells hospital.

The room is very spacious, gets a lot of sun due to the large window & gets warmed up a lot from it! The room also comes with a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed, mattress, shelves, and drawers.

There is also a shared living room which we decorated, a bathroom (bath and shower) and kitchen (tumble dryer and washing machine). The kitchen window looks out onto the river and there is a shared garden. During the summer, people from the other flats sometimes get together to toast marshmallows there.
