I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Mansion Student Accomodations as I have to move cities. The room is a studio, so it has an ensuite bathroom, a fully working kitchen with a hob and a microwave/oven and a double bed. The accommodation is a 5-minute walking distance from Perth Road's pubs and Dundee University, a 10-minute walk to the big Tesco on Riverside and next to Magdalen Green, ideal for sunny days. Unfortunately, Peterson Hall requires the replacing tenant to be a full-time student. However, electricity, water and Wifi are included in the rent and are already operational. The flat is part of many other student flats, so it's easy to meet fellow students. My tenancy ends on the 28th of August, but I believe you can extend it for another year.
