A lovely, bright modern annexe flat, (which is part of our house,) with its own separate entrance at rear of property. All utility bills are included (including council tax) and WiFi is available from the main house. The annexe has fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge freezer and washing machine, bedroom, living room and shower room. There is a shared garden with laundry drying area. Parking available on driveway at front of property. Great transport links, with bus stop 5 minute walk away with 15/20minute service during the week (slightly less frequent on Sunday)
Broughty Ferry is a 10 minute walk, with a lively shopping area with lots of independent shops. Beach area is easily within walking area and there are many nature trails in the area.
We are looking for a quiet individual who will respect our property and the fact that they are living in a part of our house. Will suit any individual looking for their own space in a very desirable area.
