I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly and sociable. The room is a double bed large room, the flat has shared toilet, kitchen and living room. The flat is fully furnished. There is a bathroom with shower/bath and also a spare toilet on its own. I like to keep the flat tidy, and ideally would like someone I can socialise with. I like to go out for walks, for food or go to the cinema. I like to stay in but do enjoy going out for drinks and I am more than happy to join plans with my flatmate.
The WiFi is (currently) £12pp, electric/gas is £37pp (average). The council tax band is B. There is street parking however would need to pay or apply for a parking permit from council.
