I have a lovely Double Room available in my 3 bedroom flat.

All bills such as gas and electricity are included in the rent.

This is my cosy wee house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath), living room and private garden with patio. The Bedroom comes with side table, clothes rail, cubes for storage and working desk and are spacious .

The property is a 5 minute drive to the city center or 15 minute walk. There are also bus routes available to city centre and direct to Ninewells which are regular and a 1 minute walk from front door.

All local amenities are close by including a Tesco, Lidl, Boots chemist. If you are a keen climber there is a Boulder center also located 1 minute walk from the house. Green spaces are easily accessible, Baxter part is 10 minute walk for those important walks in nature.

I am currently live in the house and run my own private practice in the city center. The room would suit a Post Grad Student or professional who is looking for a quiet and relaxed house share. I travel a lot at the weekends so won't be around too much, I am sociable and enjoy cooking healthy fresh food and watching good documentaries, reading books and listening to music.
