I am a final year PhD student at Ninewells, looking for someone who prefers cleanliness, quiet and peace. I am mostly busy writing my thesis all day, sometimes from campus and sometimes from home, so need a quiet environment at home. No loud music or parties please. Occasional social gatherings are acceptable.

About this flat, its a 2 bhk flat on ground floor, 12-15 mins walk to University, 30 mins walk to Ninewells, bus stops near 1 min walk, 2 convenience stores 50 meters away. The room is on the garden side so quiet nice as well. This is a humble house with small rooms and small kitchen but living room is spacious.
