Katie and Grace are looking for 1 flatmate in their 4 bedroom house. Move in date is flexible but ideally as close to the first week of January 2026 as possible. :)

About the Flat:-

The 4 bedroom house includes a private back garden, garage, driveway/on-street parking, 4 toilets and 2 showers (one of which is an en suite). The kitchen includes another fridge and a dining table that can't be seen in the images.

The available bedroom is on the second floor, a cosy space with a built-in desk and double bed. There is also a cupboard just outside the room with extra storage space for this room's occupant.

The property is a 10 minute walk into the city centre, and a 5 minute walk to Dundee University campus.

Rent is £450, Wi-Fi is £8 per person, Gas/Electricity estimated £53 per person, council tax estimated £60 per person. Overall monthly expenses are expected to be around £571

About Council Tax:- Council Tax will be split between Katie and 1 other flatmate since 2 flatmates are students. Estimated to be around £60 per person.

About Katie and Grace:-

Katie is a retail assistant and novelist.
Grace is a PHD student at Dundee University.

They are both sociable, and would like, or even prefer, to become friends with future flatmates.

They spend their free time out the house playing sports (both compete in the Scottish Volleyball League, and enjoy bouldering and squash). Their free time in the house is spent watching anime, cooking/baking, and having a good yap. They also love hosting board game nights/werewolf nights, and are always looking for new players.

Between the two of them, at least one enjoys reading novels, webtoons, horror, art, video games, cooking/baking, and k-dramas.

Neurodiverse and and LGBTQIA+ friendly! :)

We are open to pets, but would have to ask the letting agency for permission. Katie is also slightly allergic to dogs (sneezing, itchy eyes) but adores them. If it's cute and well behaved she'll take antihistamines.
