Lovely double room available in my flat. I'm a live in landlord looking for a pleasant and respectful individual to rent out my spare room. I am both a young professional and current student so I'm often out of the flat (due to work/study) so the flat tends to be quite.

- Shared kitchen (all pots, pans, plates provided) plus coffee machine, air-fryer, rice-cooker & slow-cooker available for shared use

- Furnished double room (I can provide bedding if needed)

- The flat has had upgrades: new double glazing, new flooring & fresh paint throughout since I moved in.

- Apartment complex with its own parking, free on-street parking, private garden, secure entrance

- As you'll see from the pictures, the apartment complex is nicely situated with it's own parking, free on-street parking, private garden and secured entrance to the building.

Location:
- Bus routes on street outside. Bus station - 10 minute walk; main town 12 minutes, train station 20 minutes.

- ALDI, LIDL and other shops within shopping distance

- Baxter park short walk away.
