- Approach to the flat
I am going abroad for the second semester, so my two lovely flatmates would like a new person to share with.
The flat is really nice and has double glazing. The flat is easy to heat and our bills are quite low. There is a shared kitchen/living room with a dining table. There is enough sofa space to have friends over.
The landlord is very good and fixes things straight away when needed. The contract and the deposit go via EasyLets in Dundee.
The flat is right between the Dundee Uni art school (Matthew Building) and the Medical Science Institute building. It is close to the library (5 min walk) and the city centre (10-15 min walk).The flat is also next to a bus stop.
