Fully furnished, small double bedroom available, with double ottoman bed and a new mattress, a built in desk and ample storage. Minor changes have been made since photos were taken).

The flat is a descent size, with a large shared kitchen/living space. The WiFi is fast and reliable and there’s a smart tv in the kitchen. There’s also access to additional onsite storage (shed) if needed. The occupants have a decent level of freedom with decorating, with posters and small nails/pins allowed.

The location is just off Perth Road, with a 10 minute walk to campus (University of Dundee). There’s also a variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a Spar and Sainsbury’s Local close by.

Besides myself, the second room is occupied by a female student (should you have a preference). We are looking for a reliable, friendly flatmate that will take care of the flat and is easy to get along with.
