I am looking for a new flatmate to share this really gorgeous flat, which has been completely renovated and very homely. My current flatmate has just moved out to return to Germany, so I am looking for someone to move into her double room and love living here as much as I do.
The flat is situated just off Perth Road, however is in a very quiet area, with a lovely view from the living room. It is on the ground floor, with a small garden area, and one flat above. It is at the end of a small row. There is a private car park right beside the flat, and the rent comes with one free permit per flat. However, a second permit may be possible to obtain as the car park is never full. There is also free parking down a side street nearby.
I am currently undertaking a Masters course part time as well as working, so ideally looking for someone who is able to share council tax fees (Band C).
Both the letting agency and landlord are great.
