Hiya! I'm looking for someone to take over my room, as I will be graduating this year. It is a lovely furnished flat on the top floor, about 1 minute away from the DJCAD, 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre & train station. The rent is cheap, and there is a busstop outside the flat for access to many routes, including Ninewells hospital.

The room is very spacious, with a large window brightening up the space. The room is fully furnished, it comes with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelf, and mirror.

There is a large shared living room, separate kitchen with a beautiful view of the river, and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine in the kitchen. During the summer, people from the building apartments sometimes get together to toast marshmallows in the shared garden.
